Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Solicitor at Clough & Willis in Bury, Greater Manchester. The Corporate Solicitor will handle a diverse range of tasks, including advising on corporate transactions, handling commercial and IP matters for all manner of clients and assisting with commercial real estate projects. The role requires close client contact and maintaining relationships while delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions.
