Job Description
3. Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately and promptly.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
5. Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
6. Support the Accounting & Finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
7. Ensure timely management of invoices and payments.
8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
10. Provide general administrative support within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
12. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
14. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
15. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
16. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
