About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to joinour Guest Services Team working on our on resort Receptions andCall Centre.
Our teams createunforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currentlylooking for amazing team members to join us. Looking afterguests during their arrival experience in our drive throughcheck-in booths and also problem-solving guest queries on the phoneand via our in-house computerised live chat system will keep youbusy every part of your shift.
You willliaise with our facilities, accommodation and wider resort teams toensure our guests have the very best experience possible using avariety of communication methods, predominantly using our in-housesystems, phone and radio.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will supportyou every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills andconfidence to truly get stuck in.
Typicalworking hours for this permanent full-time role cover full time 35hours a week with shifts between 9am - 9pm on Monday and Fridaysworkin in both parts of the role and a variety of shifts between8am - 7pm on all otherdays.
AboutYou
A good level of administrationand computer skills is required and we will give you all thetraining on our in-house systems you may need. If you have awarm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach youthe ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have anyprevious experience, we would also love to hear fromyou.
Being eager to learn our Clean and FaultFree accommodation training program is a key skill for our guestaccommodation to give a greater understanding of meeting ourguest's needs in their home from home.
Being a great team player is essential andyou should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day willever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chatto lots of different people.
