An exciting new opportunity has come up with our outstanding and established candidate as a Paraplanner. My client, based in Cwmbran, are looking for a Paraplanner to join their small team on a permanent basis. This role requires experience as a Paraplanner or proven experience to show capabilities to perform in the role. The salary is set from £28,000 - £38,000 per year DOE. This role offers a Hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. The role can be either part-time and full-time.
What you'll do as a Paraplanner?
1. Prepare new and existing client Cashflows for annual strategy meetings.
2. Analyse client and provider data to provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
3. Conduct thorough research and document findings in a structured format.
4. Create accurate, personalised Suitability Letters and Financial Planning reports reflecting client objectives.
5. Implement agreed-upon actions, including handling fees, allocating investments, and executing buy/sell trades.
6. Work efficiently under your own initiative with a keen attention to detail.
What we need from you?
7. GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths.
8. Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritise tasks.
9. Confident communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients, providers, and management.
10. Excellent IT and keyboard skills, along with a good telephone manner.
11. Relevant experience in a paraplanning role within an advisory/wealth management business.
12. Achieved or close to achieving Level 4 diploma in financial services.
