Lead with purpose. Support with confidence. Make every day count. We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Lindisfarne Court - a purpose-built home supporting 13 adults with physical and learning disabilities.

What this role offers
* As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the service by:
* Providing hands-on, person-centered support
* Offering day-to-day guidance to support workers
* Supporting the Service Manager and Deputy Manager with key operational tasks
* Helping to maintain high standards of care, documentation and compliance
* Supporting individuals with complex health needs using a positive behavior support approach
* Ensuring each person’s care plan is meaningful, up-to-date and truly reflects their goals
* Promoting independence, wellbeing and opportunities that make each day matter

What we’re looking for
* You’ll bring both experience and heart to the role:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults
* Confidence supporting people with complex health needs
* Experience developing and reviewing personalised care plans
* A track record of motivating, supporting and developing team members
* Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
* Positive behavior support experience
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional nights
* Good IT skills (Word, Excel, general systems)
* Full driving licence and vehicle (desirable)
