Are you an experienced traffic marshall looking for long-term, stable work in the East Riding? We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage site logistics and safety on a busy new build housing development in Beverley.
The Role and Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management: Safely directing and banking all site traffic, including heavy plant, delivery wagons, and trade vehicles.
Access Control: Managing the site gate, checking in visitors, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the site.
Pedestrian Safety: Maintaining clear segregation between vehicle movements and pedestrians to protect both site staff and the general public.
Logistics Coordination: Working closely with the Site Manager to manage delivery schedules and prevent congestion on local Beverley roads.
Site Security: Assisting with basic site security and ensuring the gate is secure at the end of the day.
Essential Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman Ticket (mandatory).
Valid CSCS Card (mandatory).
Previous experience working on a busy residential construction site.
Confident communication skills to direct drivers and manage the public.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term role.
Must have your own full PPE (High-vis, hard hat, steel toe boots).
