We seek Senior Technical Managers who will provide engineering expertise, drive innovation, and ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and designing temporary works solutions for live sites and tenders.
* Providing guidance on Design Management and Temporary Works Management Procedures.
* Ensuring safety standards and technical approval processes are met.
* Collaborating with teams and representing Octavius in technical discussions.
* Conducting site visits, inspections, and audits; coaching Temporary Works Coordinators.
* Managing and mentoring a team of up to 4 reports.
* Fostering knowledge exchange and innovation among teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree or equivalent in engineering, preferably civil engineering.
* Site-based civil engineering experience desirable.
* Knowledge of temporary works design and engineering methodology.
* Membership with a professional body like ICE preferred.
* Familiarity with BIM, engineering software, and CAD is desirable.
* Passion for innovation and collaborative problem-solving.
