This role is responsible for the ongoing administration, optimisation and support of our Dynamics 365 environments. You will maintain and enhance system customisations, manage user access and security, oversee integrations and data quality, and support release and change management processes. Acting as the primary point of support, you will resolve issues, monitor system performance, and enable colleagues through training and guidance. Working closely with Product Teams, you will ensure the platform remains stable, secure and aligned to organisational needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You are confident working with low-code/no-code or automation platforms and you bring a proactive approach to continuous learning. You are resilient under pressure, you manage competing priorities effectively and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
