Are you a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) with a passion for driving finance transformation? We are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead finance system and process transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including process optimisation, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
* Work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and stakeholders to define business needs and drive finance process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements throughout transformation projects.
* Oversee financial change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, automation, and best practices.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk, ensuring seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) – Essential.
* Strong experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or financial system implementations.
* Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
* Ability to translate complex financial requirements into structured transformation plans.
* Proven project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
* Strong stakeholder management with finance leaders and executive teams.
