We are seeking an Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality patient care and the continuous improvement of our services. About the Role As an Psychotherapist, you will: Deliver high-quality individual and group psychotherapy to adults, children, and adolescents, depending on service needs. Independently manage your own clinical caseload, completing psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating progress. Participate actively in weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines. Support the ongoing development and delivery of our day/group therapy programme. Contribute to CPD events and the Schoen Academy, sharing expertise internally and externally. Provide supervision and support to Assistant Psychologists or Therapy Assistants as required. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with national standards and Schoen Clinic policies. Play an integral role in quality improvement initiatives, research, and data analysis to inform service development. About You We’d love to hear from you if you have: Accreditation and registration with a recognised professional body (e.g. HCPC, BACP, BABCP). Master’s level training in Psychotherapy or equivalent; or Doctorate training in progress for Clinical/Counselling Psychology. Post-qualification clinical experience working with mental health presentations, ideally including eating disorders and/or anxiety and mood disorders. Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention planning. Experience facilitating therapy groups. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex psychological concepts to diverse audiences. A collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centred approach. Why Join Us?
