In this Private Wealth Senior Associate role, you will manage a varied caseload while building trusted relationships with clients and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work within a collaborative, inclusive environment, with access to high-quality work and long-term career progression.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
* Advising clients with clarity and empathy, often during sensitive circumstances
* Supervising and mentoring Associates, Solicitors, and trainees
* Supporting marketing and business development activities to grow the team's presence

We're Looking For:
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in Private Wealth or Private Client law
* Around 7+ years' experience managing your own caseload, or ready to step into a Senior Associate role
* Confident communicator with a client-focused, empathetic approach
* Interest or experience in business development and relationship building
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for supporting clients and colleagues
