Claims Manager

The role:
As a
Claims Manager
, you will help drive our goals by:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end claims validation process, ensuring alignment with contract terms, pricing logic, rebate structures, and accurate reflection in PMS (Price Management System) and SAP, while driving automation of discrepancy checks and claims workflows.
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other regional stakeholders to assess claim legitimacy, evaluate financial impact, support Pricing Room reviews and cycles, and act as the primary contact for claims-related matters.
* Provide insights on claim trends, root causes, and order-to-cash blockers to support Pricing Excellence targets, while contributing to the simplification, standardisation, and governance of claims databases, frameworks, and reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement by enabling automation, ERP alignment, and system integration, while supporting training and onboarding of commercial teams and presenting recommendations to the Pricing Excellence Director.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset, supported by experience in pricing, claims, or commercial finance roles, ideally in manufacturing or B2B.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and pricing tools, combined with the ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions and regions.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, committed to continuous improvement, and focused on customer-centric thinking.
