As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, a key part of our direct sales model, and a member of our community of over 350 Account Managers in Great Britain. This field-based role involves meaningful interactions with some of our largest, most complex clients in the Industrial sector, adopting a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Due to growth in our Energy & Industry division, we are seeking an Account Manager to support customers in the Central Industrial Team, covering Scotland.

What does the role involve?
1. Meeting customers in your designated region to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrating innovative products and software, developing key customer relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities.
3. Managing operational, organizational, and strategic aspects of your sales area using our Salesforce CRM system.

What you need is:
* Proven Sales Account Manager experience, ideally in construction.
* Background in Engineering, Construction, or Technical fields, looking to transition into sales.
* Solution-oriented mindset to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Alignment with our values: commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels from Site Operators to Managing Directors.
* Driven, curious, motivated, eager to learn and grow.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* A full, clean UK manual driving license for site visits, Monday to Friday.
