What You’ll Do: Speed of Service Expert: Deliver drinks quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Handle multiple orders at once while keeping service smooth, accurate, and upbeat. Bar Organisation & Cleanliness: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised at all times. Work proactively to maintain a tidy workspace during service and assist with closing duties at the end of the night. High-Energy Team Player: Bring positive energy to every shift, working closely with your team to keep the bar running seamlessly. Support others when needed and contribute to a strong team atmosphere. Exceptional Communicator: Maintain clear, confident communication with barbacks & your head bartender in a loud, fast-paced club setting. Stay approachable, friendly, and focused under pressure. What We’re Looking For: Previous bar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while staying organised and composed. A strong team mentality and willingness to support others during busy shifts. Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy club environment. A can-do attitude with the ability to stay positive and motivated, no matter how busy it gets.
