Job Description: Pay Range: $52hr - $61hr
* The Sr. Analyst, Project Management is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within a program, ensuring adherence to established quality systems and design control processes.
* This role drives effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while operating within a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage one or more medium to large-scale projects within a program, ensuring adherence to quality systems and design control processes.
* Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases and coordinate resource prioritization across multiple projects.
* Develop detailed project plans and manage project scope effectively.
* Execute project plans including quality, risk, communication, and staffing strategies.
* Communicate project status, risks, and data to stakeholders to maintain accurate project information.
* Lead core team meetings and drive best-in-class project execution practices.
* Continuously improve meeting effectiveness, decision-making processes, and team productivity.
* Serve as a program management subject matter expert and mentor peers.
* Build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders through transparent communication.
* Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, and ownership across project teams.
* Drive teams toward effective resolution of complex problems.
* Maintain forward momentum despite obstacles or changing priorities.
* Influence peers, staff, and leadership within a matrix organization.
Requirement/Must Have
* Strong understanding of medical device development, regulations, and product lifecycle processes.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects within regulated environments.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Experience
* Four or more years of hands‑on experience managing new product development projects or other complex projects.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering projects within complex organizations.
Skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Effective decision‑making and prioritization abilities across multiple functional groups.
* Ability to see the big picture and determine optimal strategies under uncertainty.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification And Education
* Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field such as Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
* PMP certification is a plus.
