Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be a vital part of the classroom, helping to create a positive and effective learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide extra support.
* Assisting the class teacher with preparing resources and managing classroom activities.
* Helping to build students' confidence and foster a love of learning.
* Supporting students with diverse needs to ensure they are included and can achieve their best.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
* A patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
