Responsibilities
* Booking in jobs and launching them to the shop floor
* Handling customer gauges and purchase orders
* Supporting production with degreasing, blasting, and packing
* Creating courier labels and managing dispatch
* Liaising with customers and updating job progress reports
Qualifications / Experience
* A proactive, hands-on approach to work
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take on physical tasks
* Flexibility with working hours when needed
* Confidence in communicating with customers and internal teams
