Product Governance Oversight Manager
We're growing our Compliance team in Gibraltar and are excited to welcome a Product Governance Oversight Manager into a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and influence how we do things, working at the heart of a FTSE 100 business. You'll play a key role in embedding strong consumer outcomes, partnering closely with stakeholders, and helping ensure our frameworks truly support customers. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you'll take ownership of AIGL’s product governance oversight while championing Consumer Duty principles across the business.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Compliance and Consumer Duty Champion to support all aspects of Consumer Duty, including the preparation of quarterly and annual Board reporting.
* Play an active role in developing and continuously enhancing AIGL’s Consumer Duty framework, ensuring it remains effective and forward‑looking.
* Review and thoughtfully challenge Consumer Duty Management Information from our insurance intermediaries, helping to drive strong customer outcomes.
* Help ensure AIGL’s policies and frameworks are aligned with Consumer Duty principles and embedded across the business.
* Review Fair Value Assessments with a balanced and constructive approach before they are presented to the AIGL Board.
* Maintain and evolve AIGL’s Product Governance Framework, ensuring alignment with Gibraltar Consumer Duty rules and GFSC guidance, with regular reviews to keep it up to date.
* Provide insight, guidance and supportive challenge throughout product development, from early design through to testing and approval.
Qualifications
* A strong understanding of FCA and GFSC Consumer Duty rules and product governance requirements.
* Experience in product governance, either through hands‑on product ownership or in an oversight capacity within insurance.
* Solid knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance, including experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and processes.
* Proven ability to apply Consumer Duty principles, with a focus on fair value and delivering positive customer outcomes.
