Role overview

The role

We have a new role for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team, based in our Bristol office.

Our recruitment team sits with People and Talent Development. We are responsible for the recruitment of laterals (fee earners) and business services professionals. We work closely with partners and key stakeholders across the firm to support on a range of hiring needs. Committed to providing an excellent client service, we are a collaborative and friendly team.

You will manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process for laterals and business services professionals. This will include liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders. There may also be opportunities to get involved in recruitment-related projects, including collaborating with our Responsible Business, People Advisory and People Services teams.

Duties and responsibilities include but not are limited to the following:

1. Uploading vacancies on the firm's intranet, website and social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn
2. Uploading and tracking vacancies on the firm's recruitment portal, CVmail (or such applicant tracking system in existence at a given time)
3. Assisting with managing the recruitment preferred agencies ensuring adherence to T&Cs and SLAs
4. Assisting with interview coordination, including liaising with candidates, interviewers, and recruitment agencies regarding availability, as well as arranging meeting room bookings
5. Preparing packs and equipment for any technical assessments as part of the selection process
6. Assisting with the production and formatting of job descriptions
7. Maintaining data including internal trackers
8. Providing reports on recruitment activity where needed
9. Helping to manage recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements
10. High levels of direct client contact and client liaison responsibilities
11. Liasing with internal teams to support onboarding

Knowledge, skills and experience

12. Demonstrates a growth mindset and is committed to lifelong learning to build knowledge and expertise
13. Demonstrable experience of managing customers or internal stakeholders
14. Experience of managing administration processes in a professional services setting. Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
15. Microsoft Office experience including Excel
16. Develops client service skills to build collaborative client relationships
17. Develops an organised approach to their work. Plans, prioritises and uses technology to work efficiently
18. Understands the importance of working commercially to achieve the objectives of the team/firm
19. Collaborative and works effectively in a team
20. Committed to being part of a supportive, inclusive and collaborative firm culture
