What We Offer £14 plus per hour, depending on experience Annual salary reviews Discounted childcare Funded CPD and leadership development opportunities Pension scheme Flexible working options Employee benefits and discounts Generous holiday allowance Team events and wellbeing support Career progression opportunities across the Daisy Fays group Your Role Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education Create engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development Build strong relationships with families and act as a key point of contact within the room Support, coach and mentor practitioners to achieve their full potential Monitor children's progress and ensure high-quality learning opportunities are provided Champion safeguarding, child welfare and health and safety standards Work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and wider team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment What We're Looking For Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or EYTS equivalent desirable) Previous experience within an Early Years setting, ideally in a senior practitioner or Room Leader role Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development Excellent communication and leadership skills A supportive and nurturing leadership style Passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families Ability to motivate and inspire others within a close-knit team Important Information All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
