These include complex trauma, foster placement breakdowns, and difficulties engaging in education.
Many of the young people we support have mental and developmental diagnoses impacting their daily functioning. We make every interaction therapeutic to help them manage these challenges.

Having worked in residential care for several years, I have found Esland to be a great company that truly focuses on the children and supports staff, which was important to me.
