The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their nurturing Early Years team from September 2025. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Reception Teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school community to support every child’s development. • Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring learning experiences to individual needs. • Promote curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning from day one. What We’re Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism or experience in Early Years. • A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
