This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and the delivery of projects and compliance processes.
You will manage diaries, co-ordinate meetings, support strategic reporting, and act as a trusted point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers. You'll also be involved in project management, reporting against KPIs, fleet and compliance administration, and supporting management reviews.

You should be comfortable managing sensitive information, taking initiative, and working independently as well as within a team.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative role.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Confidence in minute-taking, drafting documents, and handling correspondence.
* Ability to exercise discretion, judgement, and maintain confidentiality.
* A proactive approach to project and task management.

Desirable experience:

* Exposure to health and safety or compliance administration.
* Experience working in facilities management, public sector services, or a similar operational environment.
If you are looking for a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.
