Job Description
Position Overview
The Night Auditor ensures a smooth and secure overnight operation, welcoming guests and handling their needs from arrival to departure. They contribute to guest satisfaction through high-quality service while maintaining security and hotel procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and update records.
2. Process guest transactions, including billing and cashiering.
3. Perform night audits and financial reconciliations.
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
5. Conduct security rounds and ensure hotel safety procedures are followed.
6. Liaise with housekeeping on room status and lost property.
7. Manage wake-up calls and distribute reports.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols.
9. Support training and development of team members.
Qualifications
10. Education & Experience:
Prior experience in a front office or night audit role preferred.Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) advantageous.
11. Skills & Competencies:
Strong customer service and communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reports.Awareness of security and emergency protocols.
12. Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Adherence to hotel grooming, performance, and conduct standards.

As our next Night Team Leader, you…
20. Provide guidance and support to the team, managing hotel operations during the night.
21. Undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
22. Are an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
23. Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
24. Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
