Your newpanyWe are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a skilled Senior Management Accountant to strengthen their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on month-end close, P&L analysis, and financial controls within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your new roleAs Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
1. Month-end reporting, including P&L analysis, variance analysis (MoM, YoY, vs budget/forecast), andmentary for senior stakeholders.
2. Managing intepany reconciliations, elimination journals, and supporting group audits.
3. Approving intepany invoices, checking VATpliance, and reconciling to budget schedules.
4. Maintaining the fixed asset register, posting depreciation, and preparing lead schedules.
5. Accounting for leases under IFRS16 and preparing loan agreements with accurate interest and FX calculations.
6. Liaising with Finance Assistants, coaching junior team members, and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
7. Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
9. Proven expertise in transaction processing, reconciliations, and intepany accounting.
10. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and proficiency in MS Office.
11. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
