The Role
* Design and deliver engaging training programmes across the business.
* Support onboarding and career development pathways.
* Ensure essential compliance and professional training is in place.
* Review and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements where needed.
* Work closely with managers to identify learning needs and create solutions.
About You
* Passionate about people development and helping others succeed.
* Strong communicator with great presentation and listening skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to adapt to different priorities.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a training or L&D role.
* Confident in building relationships and introducing fresh ideas.
