The Role
As Client Success Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the firm’s client engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with Partners and senior leaders to strengthen client relationships, ensure consistent service excellence, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
This is a strategic and hands-on position that combines account management, client engagement, and commercial awareness — ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Act as a main point of contact for clients — resolving queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring communications are proactive and consistent.
* Collaborate with marketing and service teams to deliver events, thought leadership campaigns, and client communications.
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value through new services, introductions, and tailored solutions.
* Support business development activities, from managing the CRM system to helping coordinate bids and proposals.
* Monitor client engagement metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen relationships and retention.
* Attend networking events and build connections to expand the firm’s profile and client base.

Skills & Experience
* Experience in client relationship management, business development, or account management — ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent project management ability.
* Commercially aware and confident identifying opportunities for growth.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
* A collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional working.
