Key Role
Serve as Construction Site Security Manager, leveraging Construction Security Technicians (CST) and Construction Security Plan (CSP) to identify threats and risks, seeking to successfully protect the integrity of facilities throughout the process of renovation projects as part of the larger construction team, and report to the Construction Project Manager. Serve as the point of contact regarding security on construction sites, manage daily schedules of project-assigned CSTs, negotiate construction schedules to ensure adherence to CSP, and notify the proper U.S. Government point of contact in the event of any issues and deviations proposed by a contracted construction crew. Draft Standard Operating Procedures, Construction Security Plans, and Special Instructions governing the construction security surveillance function. Implement all aspects of the CSP, conduct daily periodic security inspections during core hours for the duration of projects to ensure compliance with the CSP. Document security violations or deviations from the CSP for the Government, and work with the construction companies to ensure the security of the construction site and compliance with the requirements outlined in the CSP.

Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Responsibilities
Note: The following responsibilities are included in the Key Role description above and related sections: implement CSP, conduct security inspections, draft procedures, manage CSTs, and ensure security compliance on construction sites.
Basic Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience as an SSM or DSSM on a large-scale SCIF construction site
* 6+ years of experience in counterintelligence and surveillance operations or technical surveillance countermeasures
* Experience drafting and approving CST and CAG standard operating procedures
* Experience communicating complex data analysis topics, both verbally and in writing, to senior leaders and their respective staffs
* Ability to work shift schedules
* TS/SCI clearance
* HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with construction security, or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with construction security
* Department of State (DOS) or Department of Defense (DOD) SSM Certification
Additional Qualifications
* Experience working on SCIF projects
* Experience with Division 13 Specialized construction and TEMPEST countermeasures
* Experience leading and managing a large construction Security team
* Experience with UFC 4-010-05, AMSG788A (SDIP-27), Mil Std 188-125-2, IEEE 299, and requirements for intrusion detection systems to UL 2050
* Ability to understand and read complex drawings
