They're now looking for a Hardy Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager in maintaining high standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team.
Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays for maximum seasonal impact.
Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability.
Conduct sales analysis, produce reports, and take action based on findings.
About You: Strong knowledge of hardy plants, including perennials, shrubs, and trees.
Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
A keen commercial eye and an ability to analyse data
- then making targeted improvements/decisions based on data.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
