What You Will Do Technical leadership: lead technical design of scalable, secure systems and manage ongoing enhancements to optimise business efficiency and user experience. Ensure standard adherence: assist in enforcing high code quality standards, optimise for performance and scalability, uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews, and drive the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks. Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with product and key stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs that drive lead conversion and long-term innovation. Team development: mentor developers, manage performance, and cultivate a psychologically safe, inclusive team culture as the primary technical lead. Delivery excellence: own the end-to-end development lifecycle, implement robust testing strategies & CI/CD to ensure stability and high-quality deliverables. Operation excellence: act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and support production systems in collaboration with the Technical Support team. What You Will Bring Salesforce Mastery: demonstrable experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ideally). Advanced FSC: Deep understanding of core FSC data model, Actionable Relationship Centre (ARC), Salesforce configuration, expert-level hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, Flexcards OmniScripts, DataMappers, and Integration Procedures. Action Plans & Document Tracking. Security & scale: deep knowledge of Salesforce security principles and secure by design implementation, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Engineering & DevOps: Experience with version control (Git) and automated deployment pipelines. Integration architecture: experience with different integration patterns (including SOAP/REST APIs), core banking Integration, and an understanding of how Sales/Experience Cloud integrates with the broader ecosystem. Observability: the ability to implement monitoring tools to track the system’s health proactively, and to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Internationalisation: Experience designing for multi-language and multi-currency environments.
