* Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
* Booking and conducting viewings professionally and energetically
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
* Providing excellent customer service from start to finish
* Staying updated with market trends and local values
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential property sales
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
* Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
* Knowledge of the property market is a plus
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
