Offer description

The London Borough of Enfield, Health & Adult Social Care Department, seeks experienced Mental Health Social Workers & AMHP practitioners to fill vacancies in our fully integrated multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Teams and centralised AMHP Service.

The Home Treatment Team & Community Locality Teams Mental Health Social Work/AMHP position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners to demonstrate creativity, make a real difference in vulnerable people's lives, and influence the practice of aspiring social workers through the Practice Education/AYSE Program.

If you are looking for an interesting challenge working within an integrated MDT setting, and seeking a rewarding position with strong professional peer support, supervision, or want to influence social work and AMHP practice, then this could be the right opportunity for you.

We seek imaginative and dynamic social work practitioners motivated to contribute positively to the transformation of mental health social care, emphasizing social recovery and empowerment models, and working in meaningful partnerships with service users, carers, and families. If you are interested in furthering your career, contributing to integrated multidisciplinary working, or working as an AMHP with professional autonomy, we would like to hear from you. If you are motivated and enthusiastic about personalized services, this could be your next step.

Full and part-time positions are available. The salary quoted is per annum, pro-rata, inclusive of practicing AMHP incremental progression.
