Role Overview: Our globally renowned aerospace client is seeking a PLM Process & System Specialist to be based in Bristol .TheroleprovidesspecialistsupportforProductLifecycleManagement(PLM)processesandthe Siemens Teamcenter system across the clients programmes, ensuring effective deployment, configuration, governance, and user adoption.
Thepostholderwillsupporttheplanning,implementation,andcontinuousimprovementofTeamcenter (ActiveWorkspaceandDesktop),deliveringusertraining,systemadministration,andmulti-levelsupport to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and configuration management requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Supporttheplanning,deployment,configuration,testing,andenhancementoftheSiemens Teamcenter PLM system.
Deliverend-usertrainingandface-to-facesupporttoprogrammeteamsandstakeholdersacross the clients sites.
Provide full L1L3 system support, including access administration, ticket triage, troubleshooting,issueresolution,andescalationtovendorsorinfrastructureteamsasrequired.
Administerrole-basedaccesscontrolandconductuseraccessauditsinlinewithsecurityand compliance requirements.
Coordinateandimplementsystemconfigurationchangesandcapabilityupgrades,including verification and validation of PLM functionality.
Develop,maintain,andpublishPLMsystemreportingandprogramme dashboards.
Maintainuserdocumentationandinternalwebcontenttosupportconsistentsystemuseand process adherence.
Identifyrisks,issues,andopportunitiesrelatingtoPLMprocessesandsystemperformance, supporting the development of mitigation actions.
Compile,analyse,andreportdatatodemonstratecompliancewithregulatory,contractual,and configuration management obligations.
Skills,Knowledge& Experience: Stronghands-onexperienceusingSiemensTeamcenter,includingActiveWorkspaceand Desktop applications.
GoodunderstandingofPLMprinciples,engineeringdesignprocesses,andproductdata management.
Experiencesupportingconfigurationanddatamanagementacrossdesign,test,and manufacturing environments.
Excellentinterpersonal,facilitation,andproblem-solving skills.
Abilitytobuildeffectiveworkingrelationshipsacrossmultidisciplinary teams.
Highattentiontodetail,strongqualityfocus,andtheabilitytomanageworkload independently.
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsatallorganisational levels.
Additional Information: Eligibilityandwillingnesstoobtain SCclearance is required.
Therolewillprimarilybe office-based tosupportface-to-faceengagement,withtravelrequired to client sites during system rollout and training phases.
