The Role: Leading and managing maintenance projects within the social housing sector. Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget. Managing relationships with housing associations, tenants, and internal teams. Monitoring project performance, compliance, and quality standards. Producing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. About You: Proven experience as a Project Manager within social housing or property maintenance. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and quality standards in housing projects.
