We’re looking for a professional and proactive Reception and General Office Assistant to join our Sheffield office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is key to ensure the smooth and welcoming operation of our front-of-house services while also supporting the general office and facilities team when required. Support daily reception operations in collaboration with the receptionist and hospitality assistant, ensuring smooth diary management and cover arrangements. Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm procedures across all administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and banking duties. Manage office supplies, petty cash, and liaise with external archive providers. Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, binding, and preparing mail for dispatch. The ideal candidate Essential skills and experience required for this role: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar or professional environment. Good IT skills.
