Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison – MOD Project

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a 15-week MOD windows upgrade project in St Athan.
This is a 50/50 split role combining hands-on multi-trade work with resident liaison across occupied properties.
The Role:
1. Carry out general multi-trade / handyman duties
2. Removal & refitting of internal blinds
3. Brickwork and pointing repairs
4. Installing water butts
5. Liaising with residents before and during works
6. Acting as a site presence and point of contact for tenants
Requirements:
7. Strong Multi Trade experience
8. Confident with resident / tenant liaison (RLO)
9. Good communication skills
10. Reliable and professional on site
