What You'll Be Doing as Technical Lead:
* Leading advanced, complex electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
* Handling high-level mechanical repairs, including engine rebuilds and intricate overhauls.
* Managing complex jobs independently from initial diagnosis through to completion.
* Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the wider workshop team.
What We Need From You:
* Proven experience as a Senior Technician, Master Mechanic, or Diagnostic Lead.
* High competence with modern scan tools and a "right first time" mindset.
* A proud commitment to meticulous workmanship and a valid Full UK Driving Licence.
