2. Effectively gather customer information to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, pricing, promotions, and warranties.
4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
5. Proactively identify and address customer needs, exceeding expectations wherever possible.
6. Helping customers to create orders on Shopify - both via retail and trade routes.
