Job Description:
DXC continues to significantly expand its SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for senior SAP Enterprise Architects and leaders to be part of our team.
You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution with your subject matter expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries.
We are a virtual first company so you will be based at home with minimal travel.

Due to our clients, SC Security clearance is required and the criteria for this is that you are a UK National who has lived and worked consistently in the UK for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals at this time.
The Role
Opportunity Analysis
1. Understand the client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)
2. You must have deep expertise in creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of S4HANA, expertise in the S/4Hana Cloud roadmap, including RISE. You must be able to apply this expertise to create proposals (Bids) and to oversee, improve and upgrade client enterprise systems and services
3. Validate opportunities by understanding the business challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXC’s capability and offering strategy
Solution Design and Development
4. Provide strong technical understanding of the SAP product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform solution
5. Understand the roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA direction, adoption of S/4HANA products
6. Develop the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) by shaping, interpreting and helping to define client requirements to ensure they address business goals
7. Differentiate DXC against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, risk mitigation
8. Define all elements of a solution model in detail including
Scope of services
The target architecture
Project schedule & roadmap
Delivery Model & staffing estimates including role, location, level and capacity
Risk catalogue and mitigation plan
Proposal writeup
9. Strong ability to detail IT infrastructure improvements and prepare a Tactical Roadmap, including the use of SAP standard tools (HANA Readiness Check, Pathfinder Reports, DVM reports)
10. To prepare a Roadmap in collaboration with Reporting and Cloud Integration SMEs
Solution/Project Delivery
11. Oversee implementation, improvements, upgrading of S4HANA solutions as per Industry best practices
12. Define and manage the deliverables of all functional teams to meet engagement objectives and budget
13. Review project deliverables e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives
14. Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
15. Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts, appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
16. Estimate total effort for delivery across multiple application teams
17. Work with teams located across multiple geographies
18. Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4 HANA solution
19. Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This involves understanding the organization’s goals, processes, and existing systems.
20. Contribute to DXC’s Global Capability Offering
Skills and experience required
21. Proven experience of SAP Advisory, Pre-Sales and Solutioning
22. Experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation
23. Minimum four full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience S/4 HANA Enterprise Architecture
24. Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
25. Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
26. Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
27. Experience and knowledge of ASAP Methodology
28. Must have proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role
29. Strong technical / analytical expertise and project management skills
30. Effective leadership and motivation abilities
31. Proven experience in consultative solution building and delivery
32. Experience in project/program management
33. Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
34. You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), Experience in creating architectural models and visual representations
