First Line Support Engineer - Duties
* Provide first-line technical support to customers, sales, and configuration teams
* Handle product and application queries both pre- and post-sale
* Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
* Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
* Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and technical documentation
* Support internal training and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
First Line Support Engineer - Skills & Experience
* Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics, IT, or computer-based systems
* Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Clear, confident, and professional communication
