About Your Role: As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across the vibrant territory of Kent and surrounding areas! Your Responsibilities Will Include: · Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons. · Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth. · Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods. · Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons. · Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
