Whether you’re after short-term flexibility or a longer-term role where you can really settle in, we’ve got options to suit you. The role: Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Working alongside the class teacher to keep learning on track Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed Helping create a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment Adapting confidently to different school settings and routines What we’re looking for: Experience working with children from Reception to KS2 A caring, patient and proactive approach Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired) A strong understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning Holds a DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one) Why work with Protocol Education?
