Litigation Solicitor NQ–3 years PQE
Location: Cardiff
A leading UK-based group litigation team is seeking a motivated solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join their Top 100 law firm in Cardiff. The team is recognised for its expertise in collective redress and has acted in landmark group actions spanning environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis-selling claims. They are currently instructed in major High Court cases and regularly lead high-profile domestic and international actions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value litigation, handling both individual claims and strategic issues across large client groups. Typical responsibilities include document review, preparing witness statements, instructing counsel, and drafting pleadings and correspondence. You will also liaise directly with clients, manage queries, and play a hands-on role in progressing matters toward trial.
