The Administrator will support the Financial Advisors, building important client relationships, whilst providing a first-class service.

Administrator Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Submit all new business applications to providers and monitor progress within pre-set timescales.
2. Audit documents received from your allocated adviser to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
3. Liaise with your allocated advisers to ensure the efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements.
4. Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client journey.
5. Submit Dealing Instructions to providers to facilitate new investments and withdrawals.
6. Build relationships with allocated advisers.
7. Liaise with providers and trustees to ensure the smooth administration of applications and client instructions.
8. Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
