Role overview
This is an excellent opportunity within our expanding sales team. As a National Account Executive, you will be the face of our portfolio, driving brand visibility, sales, and distribution across the Convenience channel.
Key responsibilities :
Meeting distribution, availability, and visibility targets to maximise sales
Educating clients on new product opportunities and implementing store activations to drive brand awareness
Working independently, managing your territory, and ensuring optimal product placement and promotions
Developing strong relationships with key retail decision-makers to grow brand presence and sales
Gaining distribution within independent retailers through van sales strategy
Managing and growing Convenience distribution through “van sales” strategy
Executing distribution, availability, and visibility targets across key outlets
Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and price points
Providing education on product range and category to drive customer engagement
Reporting insights on distribution levels and shelf positioning
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, with a passion for developing brands in the convenience sector
Previous experience in van sales
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your territory and workload
A full manual driving license and ability to travel within the defined area
