Case Loading Team Leader (Ivy Midwives)
Band 7 Team Leader
37.5 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and provide a full maternity care pathway to women and their families with social complexities and vulnerability factors. The post-holder will have a dedicated caseload alongside the coordination of the wider team. The model includes continuity of care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods, aiming to improve outcomes for women and babies, and meet key performance indicators both locally and nationally.
The Band 7 midwife is responsible for managing the caseload team and services in her area or equivalent sphere of midwifery practice. This includes assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes, and setting standards.
This is a permanent position.
