Job Description
We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Officer for a contract of around 2-3 months.
The main duties in the role will be:
1. Diagnosis of maintenance issues
2. Instruction of repairs
3. Liaising with internal and external contractors
4. Carrying out post-inspections of repairs to monitor quality and customer satisfaction
5. Processing purchase orders
6. Authorising payments for completed work
The role will start as soon as possible. Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role; a trade background may also be considered.
