You will also play a pivotal role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and the achievement of outstanding student success rates. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
Lead the operational management of the A-Level Social Sciences/Business provision.
Monitor student progress and ensure high levels of achievement, retention, and progression.
Line-manage departmental staff, ensuring continuous professional development and excellence.
Assist with recruitment, timetabling, and quality improvement initiatives.
Act as an ambassador for the department, promoting a culture of high expectations and achievement.
