Job Description :
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV2 or 7.5t Drivers to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading companies and gain valuable experience in the transport sector.
Key Responsibilities :
* Safely operate HGV2, 7.5t or 5.5t vehicles according to company and legal guidelines.
* Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled and/or requested.
* Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.
Requirements :
1. Valid C1, C and/or C+E categories and clean driving record (no DR, IN endorsements).
2. Valid CPC
3. Valid Tacho Card
4. Newly passed drivers are welcome!
5. Proven experience in a similar role desired.
6. Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
7. Strong organisational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
