We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join a small, specialist team supporting global conferencing and communication solutions. This is a hands-on support role, focused on troubleshooting, testing, and configuration not field installation supporting customers and partners worldwide. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities: * Manage the technical support helpdesk, handling phone and email queries from global customers * Provide engineering-level technical support, going beyond basic call handling * Diagnose and resolve issues across audio, video conferencing, and VoIP systems * Carry out system testing, configuration, and fault finding * Support live conferencing environments and real-time troubleshooting * Work closely with internal engineers and management to resolve complex issues * Deliver technical training to new suppliers and distribution partners * Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and configurations Skills & experience required: * Experience in a technical support / service engineer role * HNC / HND (or equivalent) in Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications (preferred) * Strong troubleshooting ability across VoIP, AV, or networking technologies * Confident supporting customers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment * Proactive, patient, and detail-oriented approach * Ability to work independentl...
